Hi everyone,
I am currently on holiday in Palm Springs celebrating the annual event called Hash Springs. I meant to solidify the trail before I left but it didn’t happen. Some fellow hashers have reached out to me with suggestions. Let’s meet at the parking lot adjacent of Dagney’s cafe on 21 street and Eye Street.

We want to celebrate the longevity of the Bako Hash in the fair city of Bakersfield. We have been hashing here for almost 37 years! A fact that I learned today is that we “spawned” the Fresno Hash about 25 years! Imagine this, we have been running the streets of Bakersfield every Monday for all of these years.

Things to expect: shitty trail, cold beer, mass confusion, tasty snacks, and the unyielding desire to be the hare of a trail in the near future. Also expect mathematical concepts to be integrated into the trail.

Things to bring: low expectations, $5, patience, ID, lower expectations, a whistle and a virgin. An ability to solve or simplify mathematical expressions and/or equations would be helpful too!
