As usual, BH3 will be manning a beer stand at the Volkslauf run on Saturday, Oct. 8. Please let Limp Noids know if you are interested in helping out with this sacred endeavor.

There is also need for volunteers at regular aid stations (water) and perhaps other chores at Volkslauf. If you’re interested, please contact Kegel Meister.
